During Automec
2025, Metalmatrix launched a new brand: MTX Pro Racing, focused on competition
cars. According to the CEO, Cristiano Grillo, the company already supplies
vehicles that run on race tracks, but has been expanding its participation in
this segment. "If the piece has resistance and the ability to withstand a
race, on a daily basis, then we don't even talk about it. This is an
opportunity for us to push the tests to the limit and be sure to offer the
market a very high safety product", he explains.
The launch of MTX was on April 23, at the Automec stand, and was attended by
Copa Truck driver Felipe Tozzo, sponsored by Metalmatrix.
MTX has, at first, four models of clamps focused on exhaust: the single torque,
the double torque, the v-band (channel with flanges) and the HD Clamp.
The pieces of this performance line will be available from July.
